Spanish tapas: scrambled eggs with potatoes:

First of all you have to take potatoes peel them, wash them and cut them in to slices. The slices must be thin so that they must get tender easily. Take a sauce pan with oil in it and fry the potatoes in that pan until they become soft and their color changes in to light brown. Try to use olive oil while frying; it will add taste to your dish.
Take two eggs and beat them well, add finely chopped onion in to the beaten eggs and then add two grinded cloves of garlic in them and then add two pinches of salt in it and now add the fried potatoes in it. You can also add finely chopped tomatoes in to the beaten eggs to enhance the taste of the tapas. Mix all the ingredients.
Now take a frying pan add two table spoons of olive oil in it and then fry the egg in the frying pan. Remember the eggs must be cooked well. Place the lid of the frying pan on the frying pan in order to ensure proper cooking. Cook the scrambled eggs with potatoes on low fire so that its color must not change in to dark brown.
